12-14 lb smoke-cured ham
Whole cloves, for studding
1/2 cup apple jelly
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 350. Score ham in a diamond shape and insert cloves. Place on a roasting rack and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

In a saucepan, heat jelly, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in mustard. Spread glaze on top of ham and bake an additional 35 minutes more.
