2 (12 oz) pkg milk chocolate chips
1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 (7 oz) jars marshmallow cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup Irish Cream
2 cup chopped nuts, optional
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 cup butter

Lin a jelly-roll pan with foil and spread lightly with butter. In a very large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a gently boil and then cook slowly, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into the bow and stir slowly by hand to combine; do not use a mixer. Pour fudge into the pan and chill until set.
