1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and shelled
3 tbsp olive oil
2 large clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp tequila
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt and crushed red pepper
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped

In a bowl, whisk ingredients and add shrimp. Marinade and coat well. Marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Place shrimp on skewers and grill until they turn pink. Do not overcook. Garnish with lime slices and cilantro. Enough for 4 skewers
