Makes enough to frost 24 cupcakes or one 9-inch layer cake
1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Melt the chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave oven, and let them cool. Whip the cream to firm peaks, and gently fold in the cooled melted chocolate. (No need to sweeten the cream as the chips do that.)
