Line a large baking pan with sides with foil and spray with cooking spray. Smear both sides of ribs with favorite bbq sauce and lay in foil-lined pan, curved side of ribs down. Cover with thinly sliced onions and paper thin sliced lemon. Crumble brown sugar over all and seal the pan tightly with foil. Bake at 325 for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove foil cover and spread the tops of the ribs with more bbq sauce over the onion and lemon. Once again crumbs with brown sugar and return to oven, uncovered. Bake an additional 45 minutes – 1 hour. Watch them the last 1/2 hour so they do not burn.
