1/4 tsp pepper
1 (4-5 lb) boneless pork loin roast
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup pineapple juice and sweet and sour sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
Rub pepper over top of roast. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and spices. Stir in sauces and lemon juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with roast. Serves 12-14
