6 salmon fillets
1 1/2 tbsp packed brown sugar
2 tbsp butter and Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Make a tray out of foil for the salmon. Place fillets on foil and pour sauce over salmon. Place on grill over medium heat and cook approximately 20 minutes.
