1 (12 oz) pkg frozen spinach souffle, defrosted according to pkg
1 dozen freshly shucked oysters
1/2 cup grated parmesan or Swiss cheese
Oyster shells cleaned or use ramekin dishes instead of shells, if desired

Preheat oven to 375. Place a heaping tsp of souffle in the oyster shells or a ramekin dishes. Top with an oyster and cover with another heaping tsp of the souffle. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until spinach mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted.
