1 cup packed brown sugar
7 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 pints whipping cream
1 Heath Bar, crushed
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk. Add to dry ingredients and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, beating until smooth. Let cool.
Beat whipping cream until peaks from. Stir 2/3 of the whipped cream into the cooled mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Spread remaining cream over pie. Sprinkle crushed candy bar over top and refrigerated.
