1 pkg frozen spinach souffle
1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese

Thaw spinach and lay in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Lay fish on top of spinach and cover with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
