1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp thyme and garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 lbs catfish fillets
1/2 cup lemon juice

Preheat oven to 425. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow pan. Dip fillets in lemon juice and then into crumb mixture, coating well. Place on a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
