6-8 salmon steaks or 2 large salmon fillets
Juice of 3 lemons
Zest of 1 lemon
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon skin-side down in a lightly greased baking dish and pour mixture over salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with foil and bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until fish is flaky and done.
