1 onion, quartered
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 dill pickle, chopped
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup oil
In a food processor, puree ingredients until mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture to a saucepan and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until reduced to 2 cups.
NOTE: Use to bast shrimp, beef or chicken during last third of grilling time.
