2 (10 oz) cans green chili enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded cooked turkey
12 corn or flour tortillas
1 cups mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350. Combine turkey and 1 can enchilada sauce. Spray a baking dish. Fill tortillas with turkey mixture and roll tightly. Place side-by-side in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce and second can of sauce over tortillas. Cover with cheese. Cook 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and turning slightly brown. Garnish with picante sauce and sour cream.
