2 cups shredded smoked mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
1 pkg Knorr sun-dried pesto pasta sauce mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives and roasted red peppers
4 large pita bread rounds
1/4 cup toated pine nuts
1/2 cup slivered fresh basil leaves
Preheat grill to medium or the overn to 375. In a bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients. Divide mixture evenly among pita rounds, spreading to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Place on preheated grill or a large cookie sheet.
Cover the grill or bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of pitas are crisp. Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh basil. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
