2 acorn squash, cut into thirds with seeds removed.
2 tbsp unsalted butter
6 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch cinnamon and grated nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350. Cut a slice off the bottom of each squash wedge to they sit evenly, skin-side down, in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place remaining ingredients in each wedge. Bake about 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serves 6
