1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt and paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
Salad
Butter lettuce leaves
1 pint strawberries, stemmed and halved
1 small red onion, sliced and rings separated
Whisk together dressing ingredients; set aside. Lin salad plate with lettuce and arrange strawberries and onion rings on top. Stir dressing again before serving; pass separately.
