1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 quart vanilla or chocolate ice cream, softened
1 graham cracker or cookie crust
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted or fudge sauce
2 tbsp chopped peanuts
In a bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar until blended. Mix in ice cream until smooth. Spoon into crust and freeze at least 2 hours or until firm. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
