4 cube steaks
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tsp taco seasoning mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
2-4 tbsp olive oil
Chopped fresh cilantro
Sauce
3/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 tsp taco seasoning mix
Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan; set aside.
Combine bread crumbs and seasonings on waxed paper. Brush both sides with oil and dip into crumb mixture and coat; press coating into steaks.
Heat remaining oil in a skillet until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 6-8 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat sauce just until warmed. Serve steaks with sauce. Garnish with cilantro. Serves 4
