1 (10 oz) pkg long grain and wild rice
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper and celery
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 (6 oz) jars marinated artichokes
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2-3 cups cubed cooked chicken
Prepare rice according to package directions for less moist rice. Combine rice and next 5 ingredients. Drain and slice artichokes, saving the juice. Mix artichoke juice with curry powder and mayonnaise; stir into rice mixture. Add artichokes and chickens. Toss lightly. Serve warm or cold. Serves 10
