4 slices bacon
3 cups fresh cut corn
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper and onion
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper, to taste

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Add vegetables to drippings. Cover and cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon on top and serve.
