8-10 small potatoes
2 bratwurst links
1 kielbasa or polish sausage link
2 tbsp butter
5 tsp sugar
4 tsp flour
1 tsp salt and ground mustard
1/2 tsp celery seed
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cider or white wine vinegar
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup minced parsley

Cook potatoes until just tender; drain. When cool, peel and slice.

In a skillet cook sausage until no longer pink. Remove and cut into 1/4 inch slices; set aside. Add butter and next 5 ingredients to the skillet. Cook and stir until mixture is hot and bubbly. Gradually add broth and vinegar; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened. Gently stir in onion, celery, parsley, potatoes and sausage; heat through.
