36 large marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp butter (no substitutes)

Line a 9 inch square pan with foil; grease the foil. Arrange the marshmallows in pan. In a double boiler or microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter at 50% power. Pour and spread over marshmallows. Chill completely. Cut between marshmallows. Yield: 3 dozen
