2 cup finely crushed thin wheat crackers
2 tbsp butter, melted
12 oz cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz) cartons plain yogurt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Assorted crackers, for spreading

In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared crust. Place pan on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan. Cut into wedges; serve with crackers.
