5 oz pizza dough
1/8 oz extra virgin olive oil
1/4 oz roasted garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 oz triple cheese mix (such as Asiago, mozzarella and Parmesan)
1 oz sun-dried tomatoes
3/4 oz arugula or basil pesto
1 1/2 oz caramelized onions

Brush dough lightly with extra virgin olive oil. Double brush with roasted garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with triple cheese mix, leaving a pinky-sized border around the edge. Place caramelized onions on top of cheese. Next, place sun-dried tomatoes. Bake until golden brown and cut and put on a hot oval plate. Drizzle arugula or basil pesto in a zig-zag pattern across flat bread. Brush extra virgin olive oil outside the rim of the flat bread.
