1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup quick oats and flour
1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350. coat a 7x11 inch or 8x8 inch pan with nonstick spray.Whisk together the oil, sugar, sour cream, egg whites, and vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until all is moist but still lumpy. Spread batter into the baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the center feels firm.
