1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, ground cloves and cinnamon
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt and spices. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
