1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise and parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 (17.3 oz) pkg frozen puff pastry, thawed

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients. Spread half the ingredients on each puff pastry rolls. Roll each jelly-roll fashion. Moisten edges with water; pinch to seal. Slice logs into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks; cool.
