1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (6 to 6 1/2 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper

On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent roll dough and seal perforations between rolls. With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll dough into a rectangle.

In a medium bowl, stir together next 3 ingredients. Spread mixture on dough, leaving 1/2 inch on each side. Sprinkle with pepper. Roll up dough starting at the long end. Moisten and pinch edges to seal. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place rolls on sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
