1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves, or strain to remove seeds
1/4 cup salad oil
4 tsp rice vinegar
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Place preserves in medium bowl; gradually whisk in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes about 3/4 cup.
