3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Dash Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed corn chex
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add sugar, salt and baking powder. Beat until sugar in dissolved and meringue is stiff. Stir in vanilla extract, pecans, and cereal crumbs. Spread filling into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned, cool. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with additional chopped nuts.
