1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/3 cups medium chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp oregano
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 lb rigatoni, cooked according to package directions
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 lb feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup fresh basil

Preheat oven to 400. While water is heating up for the pasta, saute garlic in half the olive oil in a large pot. Cook briefly, add the tomatoes. Cook briefly, add the wine, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, saute shrimp briefly in remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper flakes as they cook. Remove the shrimp from the heat and place in a baking pan. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Spoon sauce over all and bake 10 minutes. Cook the pasta and drain. Serve over cooked rigatoni. Serves 2
