1/2 lb linguine, cooked according to package directions
1/4 cup butter
3 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp dry white wine or dry sherry
20 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tomato, washed and diced
1 tsp minced fresh cilantro or more to taste
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled coarsely
Shredded Parmesan-Reggiano cheese

While pasta is cooking, heat butter in a skillet along with garlic and wine over medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the next 3 ingredients and saute the mixture until shrimp are just firm to the touch but cooked through.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the feta cheese. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serves 4
