2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (16 oz) can pitted bing cherries, well drained
4 drops green food coloring
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1 diced banana
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Gently fold ingredients together. Spoon into muffin tins. Freeze. 15 minutes before serving, thaw on a lettuce bed.
