Lemon Yogurt Dressing
1 (8 oz) carton lemon yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice and honey
Salad:
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced
Dressing: combine ingredients; cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Salad: In a large bowl, combine fruit; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, add sliced bananas. Top each serving of fruit with 2 tbsp dressing.
