1 1/2 cups (6 oz) grated Asiago cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup oil packed, sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Toasted French bread rounds
In a small mixing bowl, combine Asiago and Cream Cheeses; blend thoroughly. Add tomatoes, parsley and pepper; blend. Stir in artichokes. Place in 1 quart casserole dish or oven proof container; bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with French bread rounds.
