1/4 lb sun-dried tomatoes
1 bunch green onions, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 cup mushrooms, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
3/4 lb Asiago cheese, shredded

Reconstitute tomatoes in hot water. Squeeze water out of tomatoes and julienned into strips. Combine ingredients in a food processor except tomatoes. Blend well at low speed. Slow add tomatoes.

When ready to serve, heat through in microwave oven. Remove from microwave and sprinkle with Asiago cheese. Put in broiler and heat until cheese browns.

NOTE: Can be baked at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and served with toasted baguette slices.
