3 strips bacon, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grape jam and ketchup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Saute bacon and onion until onion is tender. Drain dripping from skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

NOTE: Excellent with pork.
