5-6 cups apples, peeled, cored and cut 1/3 inch thick slices
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp cinnamon

Place apples in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix next 5 ingredient with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Pour melted butter over mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Serves 12
