1 pkg Italian spaghetti seasoning mix
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2/3 cup water
2 tsp tomato paste
Pita breads, warmed
Mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, grated

In a skillet, heat oil and brown chicken. Stir in seasoning mix, chopped vegetables, water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil; reduce hand simmer 1-3 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cut each pita bread in half. Fill pockets with chicken mixture and top with grated cheese. Heat oven to 350 until cheese melts. Serves 4
