Makes 2 pockets

1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves, stems removed, lightly packed
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped unpeeled English cucumber
2 Tbsp ranch dressing
salt, sprinkle
pepper, sprinkle
1 pita bread (7 inch)

Put the first four ingredients into a bowl. Toss.
Add the next 3 ingredients. Toss until coated.
Spoon into the pita pockets.
