1 (4 oz) pkg herb-flavored cream cheese (Boursin)
Garlic Salt
Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
10 thin slices prosciutto and provolone cheese
Ritz crackers
Garnish: Thyme sprigs, red, yellow and green bell pepper strips, sun-dried tomato strips or sliced green olives

Blend the first 4 ingredients together. Lay 2 slices prosciutto lengthwise, side-by-side, overlapping slightly. Top with 2 slices provolone; spread with 2 tbsp cheese mixture. Roll up from short end.

Repeat to make total of 5 rolls; wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. To serve, cut each roll into 8 slices. Place slices on crackers; to with garnish.

Variation: Prosciutto and Parmesan Pinwheels: Use 1 pkg pastry puff sheets, thawed and roll out onto a floured surface. Cover with a layer of Dijon-style mustard, prosciutto and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Roll up, beginning at the long side. Cut into 1 inch sections. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
