2 large Portobello mushrooms, stems removed
4 tbsp onion and chive cream cheese
2 cups small shrimp
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices fontina cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Clean mushrooms. Layer half of the remaining ingredients and place on each of the caps. Bake in a casserole dish with 1/2 cup water in bottom until cheese melts and just started to brown. Remove and serve immediately.
