4 chicken breasts
1 onion, cut in slivers
1 cup celery, diced
1 stick butter
7 oz thin spaghetti
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can (10 oz) Rotel
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
2 cups chicken broth

Boil chicken breasts and de-bone, or use boneless chicken breasts. Saute onion and celery in butter.

Boil spaghetti according to pkg instructions. Mix cooked spaghetti with all ingredients. Add chicken broth. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 in a 13x0 inch baking dish.
