Sausage Cream Cheese Dip or Sausage Rotel Dip
SAUSAGE DIP
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage, casings removed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a large skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion; drain. Add remaining
ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted. Serve warm
with chips or oven baked potatoes. Makes 12 servings.
