1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with paper cupcake liners. Combine first 4 ingredients until creamy. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Combine remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Stir together whiskey and next 4 ingredients; add to dry ingredients. Fill cupcake lines 3/4 full with batter. Drop 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture into center of each. Bake 35-40 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
