1 (10-oz) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8-oz) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Divide cheese mixture into 2 equal portions; shape each portion into an 8 inch log. Combine walnuts and parsley. Roll cheese logs evenly in walnut mixture; cover and chill 8 hours.
