1 (10 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz) block pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 cup chopped nuts, toasted
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Divide cheese mixture into 2 equal portions; shape each portion into a log. Combine nuts and parsley and roll cheese logs evenly in mixture. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
