3 lbs hot sausage
3 pkg green onions, chopped green stems only
3 loaves frozen bread dough
3 cups mozzarella and mild cheddar cheeses

Let dough thaw but do not rise. Sprinkle rolling pin and hands with flour. Roll out thawed bread dough about 12-15 inch long and 6 inch wide.

Brown sausage and onion stems. Drain all grease. Spoon in 1/3rd of cooked sausage mixture. Top with 1 cup each cheese. Fold over sides of bread dough to close. Fold over each end to close. Put foil over roll and flip over so that seam is on bottom. Make a boat around loaf with sides and ends of foil.

Do this same procedure with remaining 2 loaves bread. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown. Let cool in wire rack with paper towels until rack. Let cool and serve in slices.
