Mix together:
1 lb Spicy sausage meat
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp sage

Shape into about 4 dozen balls. Brown them in a skillet on all sides. Pour off grease. Combine and add to meatballs: 1/4 cup each catsup and chili sauce (combine before adding) Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Best kept warm in chafing dish, crock pot or skillet. These freeze very well.
